You acknowledge that you have:

• Read all Skudo HT Commercial Mat System pre-installation guides and documentation provided by Honcho Supplies.
• Watched all required installation and removal videos supplied by Honcho Supplies.
• Ensured you understand the correct installation method, site preparation requirements, and limitations of use.

This product is designed for temporary surface protection of concrete and similar materials. Risks from incorrect installation may include:

• Surface damage, discolouration, or staining
• Adhesive residue or marking
• Slipping or tripping hazards
• Reduced performance from improper installation, incompatible substrates, or extended use

You agree to:

• Follow all instructions provided by Honcho Supplies
• Ensure surfaces are suitable, clean, dry, and properly cured
• Confirm compatibility with curing agents, sealers, additives, or coatings
• Complete the concrete questionnaire provided by Honcho Supplies
• Use only as intended and within the recommended timeframe
• Assign a responsible team member to supervise/coordinate installation

To the fullest extent permitted under Australian Consumer Law (ACL):

• The supplier is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
• Liability is limited to product replacement or refund.

No warranties are provided beyond those required by the ACL.

You agree to indemnify Honcho Supplies against claims arising from incorrect installation or unsuitable site conditions.
