• Our lowest prices policy applies to any lower price on an item that is in-stock from a competitor’s online or physical store (excluding WA).

• A comparable product means a product that has the same or substantially similar product specifications to our product e.g., dimensions and specifications, such as fire rating, water resistance or slip rating etc.

• We will not offer rain-checks for items that are not currently in stock.
